Fiddlers Green Bar at out Hotel

My new friend! This guy was hilarious! They were playing Pink Floyd and he wanted to know if we had any pot. Then he was making fun of Jason for liking George Micheal and asking him if he was gay.

Kuwait

Jason and I went to the Hilton to smoke hookah. It is one of the few things you can do since there is no alcohol in Kuwait. Jason explained he has learned to enjoy a couple different somking activities to help take the edge off in the evenings since there isn't any budlight. One of these being hooka and the other smoking cuban cigars. Jason says the cuban cigars are an expensive habit he is sure he won't keep up with as soon as he gets back to his favorite beer.

Jason smoked grape with a hint of mint.

I smoked apple with a hint of mint. I can tell you I wasn't into it for very long. It kinda gave me a headache.
This is a picture of a water fall at the mall.

Jason wanted people to see these ladies in their burka . They are also at the grocery store.

This is the grocery store that Jason shops at once a week. It is a fairly big store and has most everything you might need. It is very expensive. We paid about $15 for a box of 20 garbage bags. It is actually cheaper for us to send Jason groceries than it is for him to buy them in Kuwait.

This is a little grocery store. We stopped in for some laundry soap. It is on a dirt road. These are the types of things that remind me of Mexico.

This is where Jason gets his hair cut. It is located inside a little shopping center with about 15 different shops. There is an electronics shop that we went into that sells adaptors. Jason was friends with the guy who owns/runs the store. It just amazes me how many local people know Jason.

Jason's Condo in Kuwait

This is a picture of a picture of the building Jason's condo is located in. I couldn't get the whole building in so, I decided to use this. The building is called the Mermaid. They were originally built to be sold, but the guy that built them didn't realize they were built in a rental only zone. Force Protection (the company Jason works for) rents the majority of these condos for their employees.

This is the back side of the building leading up to Jason's condo. Just to let you know how nice these condos are the princess lives in them. I didn't stay here because it is against company policy. I did however stay at Ronnie Gallegos's apartment which is very nice also. It was so generous and kind of him to let me and Jason stay there during my visit.

Here is the living room.

This is a view from their balcony of the Persian Gulf.

Breakfast with the disney characters. Cooper's favorite is Pluto! Hatden as you can tell wasn't quite sure!

Hayden was beginning to warm up to them. However, Benton was terrified through the whole breakfast. He is a maniac, but isnt quite sure of life size freaks! lol

Train ride to Disneyland from San Diego! Benton shouted "ALL ABOARD" the entire trip. It was cute about the first five times!
